Increase the number of characters allowed for tutoring ads

To improve the platform, one proposal would be to increase the number of characters allowed for tutoring announcements. I had difficulty editing an announcement because, although it appeared on the site that I could still add information, I exceeded the character limit. This change would allow tutors to provide more relevant details about their services and provide clearer and more complete information to students.
