The problem is that on the website, under applications, when I open an application I don't always see what subject the application is for. If I open the mail it is very visible: You have a new request for Romanian Language, for example. But from the web application in the request in the details bar on the right where I can see very useful details like availability, message etc the subject is not shown.
Sometimes students give very vague messages like "I need help urgently!" but don't specify more and they are in a deadlock if they don't open the mail, that I don't know how to answer, like they want Maths or English? Of course it's not complicated to sit with the mail open, but I think it would be a good job if it was visible right from the web application, where the rest of the details are.
