Lack of news

Hello!

About a week ago I bought the second set of credits: absolutely no news from platfom (no "summary of the day", no message of interest for tutoring). I understand that my advertisement may be a bit appealing but even so, until before this purchase it had borne some fruit; since the second package, however, nothing.

Can you please assure me once again that this is not a technical problem but just an unfortunate coincidence? (300RON paid for nothing)
