Unsupported declines from SMS

Hi! When I receive a message from a student and I access the link in the messages and want to reject the request I get the 3 checkboxes. I check one of them and it won't let me decline it (error appears) no matter which decline option I check. The worst thing would be that it decreases my response time. I've noticed this impediment for a month now.

If I later log into the site, log into my account and do the same action it will work. The problem only occurs when I want to give decline from the link received in the SMS.
